The Primary PP Nonwoven Filter Layer
(Outer Layer)

The first later of our pollution mask is designed to filter our larger particles such as dust and PM10. The material is made of PP (Polypropylene) spun-bond nonwoven fabric layer

The polymer is extruded and stretched to form a continuous filament, the filament is laid into a net, and the fiber net is then cemented by mechanical reinforcement, which makes the fiber net into non-woven fabric.

It has the following advantages: high strength, high temperature resistant performance is good, high stability and good permeability, does not fade, environmental protection, biodegradable, moth-proof, non-toxic, harmless to human body physiology and other advantages.

High Grade Carbon Filter

Inner filter is made from a 100% pure activated carbon cloth, a product for use in chemical, biological and nuclear warfare protection, used by armed forces around the world.

Activated carbon layer can effectively block the benzene in the air, the harmful gas such as ammonia, formaldehyde, bad breath, stench, and help safeguard human health better than the average ordinary material. It also has stronger adsorption. The filtering effect of harmful gases is 30 times than the normal mask. Activated carbon can effectively intercept harmful substances in high pollution environment and improve the quality of air we are breathing.

Ultra-fine denier melts blown PP non-woven fabric
(N99 filter layer)

Ultra fine denier is also known as ultrafine fiber. The denier of fiber is the unit of fiber (the weight in grams of 9000 meters of silk is referred in unit DAN). The fibers below 0.55 dtex are ultra fine denier.

This layer of the pollution mask is designed to block particulate pollution such as PM2.5. It is tested to filter particles as small as PM0.3 with 99.97% efficiancy.

The textile is a non-woven melt-blow polypropylene, a thermoplastic polymer used in a range of applications. The textile is also created with a high specific surface area, good absorbtion effect meaning a greater percentage of particulates are captured as they pass through the filter and wearing this light and soft product is comfortable for long durations.

The suction resistance and exhalation resistance are greatly reduced. Breathing resistance is reduced, for those who need to wear face mask for a long time to solve a problem.

The same material used for the outer layer is also used for the inner layer as it has an important characteristic of warmth, mildew & moth free, it is also light and waterproof, providing comfort in hot & humid weather conditions of India.
